    1. MINE MANAGER
    - 5-10 years experience in open cut operation
    - Graduated in mine engineering
    - Capable of working at job site in Central Kalimantan

    2. MINE ENGINEER
    - 0-5 years experience
    - Graduated in min. engineering

    3. SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEE
    - 5-10 years experience in preventive maintenance heavy equipment
    - Graduated in mechanical engineering (S1)

    4. HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
    - (Excavator, Dozer, Motor Grader, Driver DT)

    5. SAFETY MANAGER
    - Minimum 10 years experience

    6. CHIEF SECURITY
    - Police and army pension
    - Age 55 years-old maximum

    7. MINE OPERATION SUPERVISOR
    - Experience in supervisor of mass earth moving job more than 5.000.000 BCM / Annual
    - Knowledge of heavy equipment operation
    - Minimum education background of SMA or higher

    8. MINE OPERATION FOREMAN
    - Experience earth moving job or road work as a position of foreman or leading hand or ganger
    - Supervisor of mass earth moving job more than 5.000.000 BCM / Annual
    - Capable & knowledge of heavy equipment operation
    - Minimum education background of SMA
