    Oil Company; Legal Manager

    A major oil company based in Jakarta, is looking for an immediate employment of:

    LEGAL MANAGER

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Minimum Bachelor degree in Law with at least 10 years experience, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry.
    • Good knowledge in Indonesian Oil & Gas Laws and Regulations and other applicable Government Regulations, PSC Contract.
    • Strong management, good communication and good negotiation skills.
    • Fluency in English is a must.


    This position manages legal work with the Company s affiliates as well as with respective Government agencies legal department, manages the activities for upstream transaction legal documents, be responsible for reviewing and advising all departments of the Company of any action that may implicate legal exposures and be responsible for handling legal disputes and settlement with third parties. Participates in reviewing and advising the establishment of the Company s policies and regulations, involve actively in safeguarding the autonomy, integrity, and good name of the Company in all spheres of its activity, prepares and present where necessary relevant programs and reports to Government bodies. Responsible for the personnel matters of ones subordinates, including staff appraisal and reviews, and ensures that their training/development is fully implemented and carries out any assignment and/or other special task as requested by Supervisor.
