    HR MANAGER (HR POSITION) - TARAKAN, KALIMANTAN TIMUR

    R e q u i r e m e n t s :
    * To be based in Tarakan, East Kalimantan
    * High capability to adapt, work as a team, strong will, initiative, open minded, can communicate effectively
    * Experience in handling strike
    * Highly capable to build SOP and HR structure/system from zero
    * Well experienced in big company at least 5 years
    * Familiar in handling over 1000 employees
    * Very well knowledge, Higly capable with all HR Matters and Related task.
