PT INDO MURO KENCANA

PT. Indo Muro Kencana is a member of STRAITS Resources Ltd has a gold
mine project at Central Kalimantan is inviting skilled and highly
committed person to join as a part of our team for below positions and
will be placed at Mt Muro Site (Central Kalimantan,) with roster 31
days on / 11 days off.

1. MINE TECHNICAL SUPERINTENDENT

Job Descriptions:
- Design and prepare the pit’s drilling and blasting plan to optimize
drill, determine short term digging sequence and contribute to the
effective operation of the site.
- Manage the short/medium to long term mine planning functions to
comply with the board context statement and to maximize net present
value of the resources/reserves.
- Review and analyze system, projects, equipment selections and
operations and monitor performance against budgets and plans.
- Monitor the operational divisions and their compliance with the mine
plan, track actual againts plan and suggest techniques for achieving
compliance.
- Recommend business improvements and technologies upgrades to the
management.
- Plan implement and evaluate explosive requirements to determine
stock requirements and achieve blasting target within time, production
and financial parameters.
- Keep up to date with work issues, monitor the effectiveness of the
department and the employees/tools used, maximize efficiencies and
recommended improvements.
- Transfer technical skill to subordinate staff and to continue their
development.

Qualifications:
- Extensive experience 10 years and proven skills in mine planning.
- Candidate must possess at a least an S1 degree in Mining.
- At least 5 years in Mine Technical Superintendent level.
- Understanding of production sequences and requirements.
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skill in both Bahasa
Indonesia and English.


2. MINING SUPERVISOR

Job Descriptions:
- Assist in supervising all mining activities in field/pit.
- Assist in production Scheduling to meet production commitments.
- Supervise field / pit activities of contractors and personnel.
- Assist in supervising all aspects of material quality control from
pit to stockpile & process plant.
- Manage the safety and enviromental performance of contractor
personnel in area of responsibility.
- Liaise with related department with regards to scheduling issues.
- Supervise and give a training to crews.

Requirements:
- Having 5 years experience in mining industry and similar position.
- Mature and having strong leadership.
- Have good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Willing to work under pressure and very tight line.
