    “PURCHASING STAFF”
    Requirements:
    * Female
    * Age 26 - 29 years old
    * English good (written & spoken)
    * Minimum 3 years experience in purchasing department

    Job Description:
    1. Work closely with each departments to source potential suppliers
    2. Work closely with each departments to evaluate & select potential suppliers
    3. Price negotiatin with supplier
    4. Setup contracts according to company guidelines and contract administration
    5. Contracts review
    6. Purchase Requisition review
    7. Daily Operation:
    - Request for quotation
    - Quote analysis
    - Issuing Order (PO, Purchase Order)
    - Issuing frame order
