    We are a group of mining company looking for a candidate to our team as:

    Inhouse counsel

    Requirement
    Excellent in English both oral & written
    Having good communication and inter-personal skill
    Able to work under pressure & fast-paced changing working environment, willing to work longer hours
    Excellent in English both oral & written
    Computer literate (windows base)
    Male/female max 45 years old
    Min S1 in law from reputable university with GPA min 3 (scale 4)
    Having experience min 3 years as in-house counsel in mining industry or finance industry or law firm
    Familiarity with joint venture and multinational financing transaction
