Building Supervisor (E & I)

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
At least 8-10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering or related field or equivalent and/or experience.
Strong commitment to safety
Sound problem solving abilities
Excellent level of initiative
Live Plant (O&G) experience is required.
Responsibilities:
Provide site based information to the engineering, procurement and construction departments.
Provide supervision and motivation to a project management team who were responsible for monitoring the design, engineering, procurement and construction activities including water treatment, waste water treatment, power generation facilities and all associated infrastructure.
Supervise total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule; includes interfacing with client representatives, other contractors, etc.
Provide technical guidance and assistance; enforces Company policies and procedures and performs related functions.
Plan, coordinate and supervise on-site functions (scheduling, engineering, material control and on-site administrative staff).
Detailed planning, coordination and interfacing of construction activities within continuous operating plant environment.
Strong experience needed in E&I context.
