1. SURVEYOR (South & North Kalimantan Based)

Jobs Principal: Land Survey (topographic Map)
Min. 5 Years experiences (On Coal Mining Company)
Providing valuation of mineral deposits
Undertaking exploration work, such as taking samples and recording results
Using site data and other information sources to mp levels of physical resources
Liaising with local authorities on behalf of clients
Using specialist CAD software to map the structure of a site
An adaptable and methodical approach
Organizational ability and excellent interpersona


2. Mine Enginer (South & North Kalimantan Based)

REQUIREMENTS :
5 years experience in coal mining operation,
Able to Speak English both Oral and Written
Able to use Computer (Ms.Word & Excel, Supac, Minescape) and mine visualization software
Honest & hard working personal, able to work in team,& can work under pressure
Should possess positive attitude, dynamic, high degree of self-confidence and able to work independently
Willing to travel around Indonesia & foreign intensively
Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering / Mining Enginer (teknik tambang/pertambangan)
Mine plan & design, Site Supervision


3. LEGAL MANAGER (South & North Kalimantan Based)

REQUIREMENTS :
Reviewing and drafting any legal documents related to the company, such as : Cooperation Agreement between the company and any third parties, Memorandum of Understanding, Power of Attorney, Letter of Statement, etc.
Monitoring & up date company legal documentation, rule and regulation related to the company business.
Provide legal opinion to departement needed.
Liaising with external lawyers and notary as may be required.
Reporting to Board of Directors, ensuring that quality legal services are provided to the business in an efficient and timely manner.
Female / Male, Maximum age of 40 years old.
Candidate must possess a Law Degree (S1) from reputable university
At least 5 years experience in corporate legal or in Public Notary Office
Able to prepare and review contract drafting
Good knowladge in legal documentation
Filing and administration
Have a deep knowladge in Corporate Law, Capital Market Regulatios, Civil Law (Hukum Perdata), and Mining Regulations
Having good skill & Knowledge of computer : Internet & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Good command in English
Able to work in accuracy/meticulous
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent oral and writing communications
Self starter and highly motivated
Highly initiative person, communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
