Industrial Engineer (Job ID : 49236)

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering

Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial Engineering

Experience working in a Project Team, preferably at least as sub-team lead

Knowledge of Process FMEA, PCB & final assembly are required

Experience in consumer electronics or manufacturing environment highly preferred

Able to travel on short-notice to Europe, US and China. Travel frequency up to 6 times a year; 3 weeks duration per trip

Responsibilities:

To execute the industrialisation of new TV products to the regional sites, leading efforts towards implementing an efficient and cost effective manufacturing process by providing process know-how expertise.

Duties include:

Regular interaction with Development department to ensure design adherence to the needed Industrial rules, enabling products to be manufactured in an efficient and cost effective manner

To maintain close monitoring on the model making activities to track the progress of model run at each milestone

Provide timely updates to the Industrial Project leader on industrial matters of the project and maintaining control of key activities (Quality, Quantity, Cost and Planning) that may affect the project progress

Together with other member from the Global Industrial Team to manage overall industrial activities of specific projects, achieving on time Trial Run and Production Start with targeted quality, volume and costs

Contribute inputs and influence the content of the PCBA Design rules and PA Supply Chain Design
