    E-Top Up Admin

    JOB QUALIFICATION :
    -Minimum D3 from Accounting or Computer
    -Minimum 2 yeas working experiences in Sales Administration
    -Computer literate, experienced in Telco as E-Top Up Administration (UTIBA System) is very recommended
    -Analytical thinking and have knowledge in Basic Accounting
    -Good communication and coordination among the team
    -Fluent in English for both spoken and written is preferred


    JOB RESPONSIBILITY :
    -To receive E-Top Up order from Sales Team or Customer Interactive Center
    -To ask Finance to release E-Top Up sales order through UTIBA Systems
    -To transfer E-Top Up Balance to Customer SK based on Released Sales Order from Finance
    -To generate Daily/Weekly/Monthly E-Top Up sales report and when required by his/her superior
    -To distribute E-Top Up balance to Branches and Depots based on Approved Request (HO only)
    -To monitor E-Top Up stock level in Branches and Depot and to ask replacement to HO if the stock under minimum level


    MAIN RESPONSIBILITY :
    -To operate and execute UTIBA System doe E-Top Up Selling through NTS Channels
