    Procurement Analyst (Ref: 56880)
    (Singapore)

    Requirements:
    Bachelor’s degree in Business / Information Systems /Supply Chain
    Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy, ability to identify and eliminate low return tasks
    Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and tasks concurrently
    Strong communication skills, in particular the ability to communicate requirements and constraints related to data analysis and architecture
    Self-starter who can work effectively on an individual and team basis
    Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
    Ability to interact with colleagues at various levels of management.
    Knowledge in :
    SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and Hyperion System 9 experience
    MS Access and SQL skills
    Awareness of procurement and knowledge of the procure-to-pay process

    Responsibilities:
    The primary responsibilities of this role will be to develop reports, queries and dashboards for the Global Procurement organization.
    Provide timely, accurate, complete, and detailed spend and savings analytics that will offer invaluable intelligence on spending patterns and compliance.
    Analytics created will be critical for identifying hard-dollar savings opportunities and developing sourcing, budgeting, planning, and negotiation strategies.
    Assist in implementation and maintenance of reporting and business intelligence tools, including gathering business requirements for a new enterprise system
