    Finance Controller (Code: FC)(Jawa Timur - Pasuruan)

    Purpose of the Job:
    To oversee Finance & Administration (Finance & Accounting, Human Capital, IT System, and Purchasing) function of the Company to support its profitability and growth.

    Requirements:
    -Has minimum experience of 5 years in Managerial level in Manufacturing with turn over not less than US$ 25 million/year
    -S1/S2 degree of Accounting/Finance, GPA > 3.0
    -Knowledgeable in China Accounting & Tax standard
    -Preferable experience working in China
    -Age ≤ 40 years
    -Strong Mandarin & English Language skill (oral/written) is must
    -Strong Managerial skill, Analytical thinking and detail orientation
    -Strong leadership and Team Player

    Responsibilities:
    -Ensure reliable, meaningful and timely reports / information to support decision making
    -Statutory & tax compliance
    -Manage Finance function of the company to ensure enforcement of SOP and other control functions related to Finance & Administration operations
    -Control & monitor budget & preparation of growth projections
    -Cash and fund management, banking relations
    -Planning and implementation of IT system and resources as enabling tools for company operations.
    -Complete procurement management for raw material to CAPEX at specified quality and at a minimum cost.
    -Manage Human Capital function to ensure motivation and competency development of employees to meet challenge faced by company
