1.Manager of Financial Adviser (MFA)
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Requirements:

S1/S2 any disciplines from reputable University with a minimum 3-5 years of sales management experience with strong marketing and leadership skills
A track record of successful Financial Services Sales Management is preferred
Achievement oriented and has record of motivating a team to high level of performance
Have good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Ability to demonstrate sales process in the field with your team
Excellent level of English language skills, both spoken and written

Basic Salary, Performance Bonuses (Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly) and Medical Coverage
Access to proven best practice tools and processes which produced highly productive and successful Financial Planners in other Asian and International markets

2.Professional Financial Adviser (PFA)
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Requirements:

D3/S1 any discipline from reputable university, preferred with min. 2 years work experience in sales (Banking/Financial Services sales background will be an advantage)
Able to provide middle up market database and good networking skill
Ambitious and Achievement oriented
Have good communication/presentation skills
Have integrity, business ethic and can build rapport/trust
Have good analytical thinking
Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong work ethic
Fresh graduated are welcome to apply

Fix Allowance Rp. 3.5 million, Performance Bonuses (Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly) and Medical Coverage.

Ability to control and generate your desired level of income without limit. On target earnings can be Rp. 30 million per month or higher.
