This is an exceptional opportunity to join a world class and highly reputable provider of engineering design, procurement, construction and maintenance within the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors. With their continued growth and successful expansion into the Asia Pacific regions, they seek dynamic and competent professional engineering candidates for this challenging new role to join their Maintenance team.


Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a Trades or Diploma certification, and a good experiential background in Mechanical equipment & Piping maintenance. Experience in welding, tankage and piping maintenance work will be highly regarded. You must possess good communication and management skills and have a high level of diplomacy as the role requires you to liaise with the operations team and the contractors.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, your primary responsibilities will be to handle Maintenance projects and be involved in planning and scheduling of maintenance activities, shutdown works and capital expenditure (CAPEX) works. You will be involved in drafting tender documentation and evaluating Contractor Proposals with the Maintenance Manager. You will initiate materials requisition and purchases for maintenance and CAPEX works.
