PRODUCTION ASSISTANT MANAGER

Requirements :
Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
Having at least 8 years of related experience within a manufacturing environment
Good track record of formulating and implementing production policies and systems in comparable size companies, preferably MNC
Established track record in Production
Managerial and negotiation skills, particularly in employee relations
Strong in technical skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Fully competent in using MS Office Application
Fluency in English (Germany will be an advantage)

Responsibilities :
The incumbent will be assisting the Plant Manager in the planning, co-ordination and control of production processes. He will be:
Responsible for production output
Monitor and controlling the Plant efficiency (machines, personnel efficiency, and scrap)
Manpower planning and scheduling
Maintenance activity (preventive and break down maintenance, spare part inventory management)
Responsibility on implementation of all company procedure and concept including training and development of all personnel in production area
Implementation of company’s Quality Management system
