SUPPLY CHAIN ADVISOR - OPF

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

Reporting to the SCM Team Leader/Manager, the incumbent shall be responsible for:
Manages and provides a professional service for the procurement, contracting, supply, materials, logistics or process development of the Gresik Onshore Processing Plant (OPF) from initiation by the OPS Group/customer up to post award issues.
inventory & Materials Control – Coordinates with the Warehouse Supervisor for management of the supply chain and control of inventory through maintenance of accurate stock & transaction records, ensuring the whole process meets legislation, regulations and quality standards.
Ensuring that all Supply Chain activity stipulated above are in-line with government and corporate guideline, policies and procedures.
Manages specific projects and initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency of the Supply Chain Department or service it provides .
Managing respective people and organization.
Collaborate with EHS function in the respective project/activity.
Managing relevant administration and report.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

S1 in Engineering preferred, Professionally qualified, or working towards membership (eg CPM, CIPS or equivalent)
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role with oil & gas industries
Good written & verbal skills in English.
