1. Plant Operations Manager (Batam) (Job ID: 45282)

Responsibilities:

Be responsible to manage and ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the DAP Batam factory
Ensure production team meets production targets and KPI
Ensure efficient management of the logistics and store activities
Ensure the functionality of the operations structure and the system promotes continuous improvement.
Plan and Control the annual operating budget and expenditure of the factory.
Motivate, coach and supervise the career development of employees.
Actively work with supporting departments.
Participate in new project development to ensure good production and smooth start up.

Requirements:

Degree or higher in Engineering or Production Management
5-8 years relevant experience in a production environment of which 2-4 years in a managerial / supervisory capacity
Have strong leadership and people engagement skills
Takes initiative and is able to work independently
Possess a dynamic personality with energetic resourcefulness
Possess a strong drive and aspiration for success
Able to thrive in a fast paced & highly pressurize work environment
Be willing to seconded/ stationed to Batam for work for a minimum of 2 years
Incentives/Traveling allowance/ Accommodation will be given while in Batam
