    Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn. Bhd. (6087-M) has been operating for more than a century in Malaysia and is looking forward to more exciting and challenging years ahead. We refine, supply, trade and ship crude oil and petroleum products, as well as market and sell transportation fuels, lubricants, speciality products and technical services.

    This role will have significant exposure to regional management across functions and countries and will provide opportunity to develop line management capability.

    The incumbent will report to the Retail HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) Manager - East and based in Kuala Lumpur.

    Cluster HSSE Manager
    (Kuala Lumpur)

    Responsibilities:

    * Responsible for coaching and leading management and staff to successfully deliver HSSE activities in your cluster consisting of Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei and Hong Kong;
    * Responsible for ensuring the HSSE systems are appropriately managed to ensure business assurance requirement;
    * To develop clear HSSE plan, engage with stakeholders and building the culture and behaviors required to deliver the plan.

    Requirements:

    * Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 8 years experience in HSSE, Operations or Engineering;
    * Required to travel 50% of the time;
    * Very Strong communicator, able to communicate at all levels;
    * Excellent team working, interpersonal, and analytical skills;
    * Attention to detail, passionate, confident and energetic.
