We are aggressively expanding our business at the moment and we are looking for a professional who can play a significant part in our team to fulfill the following position:


1. CORPORATE FINANCE (CF) Requirements:

-Male or Female (Max. 35 years old)

-Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Financial Management

-Experience min. 1 year

-Having underwriter license from Bapepam (WPEE license) is an advantage

-Proficiency in English ( both oral & written),

-Familiar with Ms Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)

-Good communication skill, honest, well organized, self motivated & initiative.


Key Responsibilities will include :

-To assists and perform Corporate Finance services areas:
-Merger & Acquisitions
-Corporate Restructuring
-debt Restructuring
-Project Financing, etc
-Analyzing and Evaluating potential target companies
-Provide Reports and Presentations

2. MARKETING (MKT)

R e q u i r e m e n t s :


-Male & Female (Max. 30 years old)

-Min. Education D3 (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)

-Good communication skill, honest, well organized, self motivated & initiative.

-Capital Market License is an advantage

-Strong leadership skill is an advantage

-Self starter and can work under pressure
