We have an extensive and well controlled IT Infrastructure, an active and advanced application design, development and support group. We are seeking highly qualified professionals to add to our Management Information System teams (based in Papua and/or Jakarta). This team has consistently produced world class tools for business support by enhancing and integrating industry standard solutions.
APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT
We run a Microsoft based environment using Ellipse as our ERP and design, develop host and support solutions for a global footprint. Several positions are available that will suit people with skills that include: Mining operations, Project Management, Business analysis and consulting, Programming (Microsoft environment)

Superintendent Infrastructure System
To manage and control all databases (Oracle and SQL) and application servers/services within sites, ensuring their availability, performance, and reliability in accordance with department and industry standards, customer requirements, and Company policy. The main duties include developing strategic initiatives; providing leadership and directing project assignment and staffing to ensure effective and efficient resource allocation.
Specific requirements:
S1/Bachelor Degree in Informatics, Computer Science or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience. Strong knowledge of Server Operating Systems, Database Architecture and Management, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Microsoft NET, Share Point Portal Server, Team Foundation Server and Server Hardware Management, Certification: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
General Superintendent Network Support
Direct and control the development, installation, operation, and maintenance of Company’s Voice/Video/Data/Radio networks. The position is responsible for monitoring and managing the Network Support group budget and ongoing projects. The position is responsible for the day to day management of staff and staff development. Vendor management is a key component of the position.
Specific requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering with 10 years experience in voice communication, data networking, project management, and in handling complex network system. Strong knowledge of Cisco Products, TCP/IP, Telephony, VoIP, LAN and WAN architecture, WiFi, Trunk Radio technology, and methodologies. Knowledge of Nortel PABX, Cisco Products, and Radio technology preferred.
Superintendent Network Engineer & QC
To lead execution of projects within the Network Support group, such as: Data Network capacity upgrades, WiFi implementation, Trunked Radio Network infrastructure capacity upgrades, etc., as well as routine audits of the Operations areas to ensure that maintenance tasks are performed and operations procedures are followed.
Specific requirements:
S1/Bachelor Degree in Informatics or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years working experience in data networking, telephony, radio systems, CATV, and DC Power systems.
Sr. Engineer Data Network
Operate and maintain Wide and Local Area Network to ensure performance, reliability, and availability of the network in accordance with management requirement, including leading projects for continuous performance improvement and enhancement.
Specific requirements:
S1/Bachelor Degree in Informatics/Computer/Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 5 years experience in Data Networking. Strong knowledge of Cisco Products, TCP/IP, VoIP, LAN and WAN architecture, WiFi, and methodologies. CCNA minimum CCNP preferred.
Wireless Infrastructure Engineer
Maintain a multi Site MPT1327 trunk radio system. Applicants will be expected to have an intricate working knowledge of large scale trunk radio systems, T1/E1 carrier systems, analog voice circuits, paging systems, antennas, RF transmission systems (including filters, combiners, duplexers and RX multi-couplers), air coupled bidirectional amplifiers and active distributive antenna systems (leaky feeder systems). Knowledge of DC power systems, UPS equipment and analog fiber transmission equipment are a plus.
PABX Transmission Engineer
Operate and maintain PABX and satellite/microwave transmission services in Papua mining operation to ensure performance, reliability, and availability of the network in accordance with management requirement.
Specific requirements are:
S1 Degree in Informatics/Computer/Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 3 years experience in Date Networking or Telecommunication Engineering. Strong knowledge of Nortel/Cisco Products, TCP/IP, VoIP, satellite communication system, PABX, LAN and WAN architecture and methodologies. CCNA preferred. Good verbal and written English skill.
