Procurement Compliance Officer (12 months) (REF 11/0394F)
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 5 years of procurement experience during EPC phases on oil & gas projects in Indonesia as Client Company.
Experience in vendor selection process such as vendor verification, collecting goods/services quotations, and/or cost estimation calculations.
Prefer experience in Offshore, FPSO and/or LNG projects.
Understands and has experience on local content calculation method in the oil and gas industry; and/or
Experience in Indonesia vendor verifications for procurements/constructions of hulls, topsides and/or platforms.
Naval Architect (20 months) (REF 11/0394F)
REQUIREMENT
Minimum of 6 years experience in design and construction of offshore oil and gas floating facilities, particularly FPSO.
Experienced as a naval architect in FEED ideal.
Knowledge of industry standards and codes including classification society rules (quality, safety and others) applicable to naval architecture for offshore floating facilities including FPSO.
Experience in supervision of physical model test.
Familiar with project safety management.
Having the flexible mind and sparing no efforts to implement the services.

Requirements:
* The successful candidate will hold the following skills and qualifications:
o A degree qualification in Naval Architecture, or equivalent, Master’s degree is preferable
o Experience of technical software eg MOSES, ORCAFLEX, STAADPRO, SACS, NASTRAN, and
o AutoCAD
o Previous experience in shipbuilding or vessel design, preferably within the oil&gas sector
o Thorough knowledge of naval architecture principles including hydrodynamics
o Min. 10 years related experience

* Minimum 5 years experience as Chief Engineer/2nd engineer in product/chemical tanker;
* Or experience in new ship building project and conversion;
* Familiar with ISM Code, ISO in oil major inspection, and class matter;
* Strong knowledge in ship maintenance and repair;
* Computer literate (familiar with Autocad and Microsoft Project) and good in English.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for ensuring the vessel is ready in operational condition. Also responsible to optimize technical condition of the vessel operation and authorize to handle ship technical matters, maintenance of the ship and make less downtime of the ship
