Field Government Relations Manager
This Field Government Relations Manager position will have the primary responsibility for developing, maintaining and strengthening relationship with the upper level local government (provincial, regency, sub-districts) in all Company s field locations to ensure smooth operations and maintain positive company image. Obtain from the local government timely approval of proposal/recommendation as well as issuance/extension of required permits. Takes part and provides advice to the management on developing high level local government relations/engagement strategy as part of the overall business strategy. Assists the business in ensuring operations stability and sustainability through continuous assessment of local political condition.
Required & Preferred Skills/Competencies:
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and networking skills.
• Good knowledge of the oil & gas business.
• Strategic and ability to lead and motivate group.
• Has analytical and conflict resolution skills.
• Has a university degree (S1).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience showing progressive responsibilities, specifically in government relations.
• Has proven networking with key players in the field and central governments.
• Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
• Has proven ability to enter governments system and positively influence the decision making process.

Requirements:

You are ideally a professionally qualified Indonesian national with experience in one or more of the following industries: mining (coal, minerals), and power generation.
Coal Mine Operation Superintendent
Purpose of Position: To plan and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in the extraction of coal.
We are organizing and building our team to target production in our Malinau coal project this year. We are looking for experienced hands-on managers to be able to build, train, and maintain a team to see a project from scratch to production.
The key deliverables of the Coal Mine Operations Superintendant include:
* Maintain and update accurate reserve estimates data
* Produce systematic scheduling plans for heavy equipment use, personnel hours, supplies, and production output
* Produce a bankable feasibility study
* Plan further exploration activities with the geology department for future development.
* Maintain safety by being updated on mining laws, safety regulations.
* Planning and coordinating the activities of personnel engaged in coal extraction.
* Review maps, reports, and other data to develop mineplan strategies, targets, budgets and reports
* Work with the mine engineering team to produce the full design
* Manage the handling of coal by evaluating and managing of hauling contractors
* Responsible for equipment selection
* Control mining operations
* Produce quantitative historical production reports, estimates, recommendations, and timelines.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Awareness of mine operation regulatory requirements
* Excellent leadership and coaching
* Analytical thinking, highly pro-active, supportive and self motivated
* Strong presentation and communication skills in a multi-lingual environment
* Ability to communicate in English and Indonesian
* Results focused and improving production through innovation, optimization, and efficiency
* Bachelor Degree in Mining or Related Field
* Minimum 5 years in large scale coal operation
* Have knowledge of mine design, mine planning and scheduling
* Proficient in the use of geological modelling
* Having a KEPALA TEKNIK TAMBANG Certification
* Having a PENGAWAS OPERASIONAL certification
* Familiar with heavy equipment & coal mining operations
* Will be stationed to in East Kalimantan to manage our
* Malinau Site
