    Jobs at Multinational Company in Coal Mining Industry; 9 positions

    We are multinational company in Coal Mining Industry intending to commence operation in the South Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan. We are seeking dynamic and creative, professionals who have a successful track record in their fields to join and grow with our team.

    I. Mine Planning Engineer (MPE)

    Key Accountabilities:

    1. Responsible in developing mine plans, project planning & scheduling management of open cut mines,
    2. Develop and implement short or medium to long term plus ensuring budgeted target are met and ensure these plans are delivered in a timely manner,
    3. Analyze the geological geo-technical and quality data from exploration/coal mine,
    4. Ensure mine safety standards are maintained during projects,
    5. Be able to construct geology models & pit designs,
    6. Assist with evaluation of potential reserve acquisitions, conducting reserve analysis, identifying mine development opportunities and developing economic models,
    7. Coordinate with drafts person in development of property and mine maps and mining and recovery analysis studies,
    8. Can communicate all significant issues relating to operations, environmental management or safety.

    Specific Requirements:

    1. Min. D3 Mining Engineer from reputable University,
    2. Min. 3 years experience as Mining Engineer in Coal Mining Company,
    3. Familiar with computer literate Microsoft Office and have good knowledge of software mining programs especially MINCOM Software,
    4. Having POP Certificate,
    5. Knowledge in governmental mining regulation,
    6. Initiative, planning & organizing skills, problem solving, time management, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and client focus and be result driven,
    7. Willing to work at mine site.

    II. Geologist

    Key Accountabilities:

    1. Develop & Manage Exploration Plan,
    2. Able to plan detailed exploration of coal concession including identifying coal outcrops, coring and also geotechnical sampling procedure,
    3. Able to calculate reserve estimation from borehole data,
    4. Able to design structure contour as normal,
    5. Able to do geology mapping,
    6. Good knowledge of coal mining terminology and physical characteristics of coal,
    7. Lead and monitor a team of exploration in daily tasks, such as mapping, surveying and drilling.

    Specific Requirements:

    1. Min. D3 Geology from reputable University,
    2. Expert in software mining especially Minescape,
    3. Having Experience min. 2 years at geological mapping in coal mining exploration,
    4. Strong in analysis and evaluation to check the potentiality of new mine concession and must have good reporting skill,
    5. Strong knowledge in principle of Geology,
    6. Knowledge in government mining regulation,
    7. Willing to work at mine site.

    III. HRD & Administration Superintendent (HRD Supt.)

    Key Accountabilities:

    1. Capable in handling HR duties such as recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefit, industrial relations, general affairs, camp service, community development and administration,
    2. Good understand in Indonesia Man Power Regulation, Jamsostek,
    3. To liaise with the government officials such as Manpower dept, Local government, etc to ensure compliance of regulations,
    4. On hand experiences handling company permit or license (i.e. mining or forestry dept),
    5. Plans, coordinates, and ensures ongoing reliability of the site security system in conjunction with other key personnel,
    6. Plans, coordinates, implements medical services programs that suits to the company policy and procedures.

    Specific Requirements:

    1. Min. D3 Majoring Law/Physiology/Management from reputable University,
    2. Preferably male, 30- 45 years old and will be placed at remote area,
    3. Having at least 5-10 years experiences handling Personnel & Administration in the manufacturing industry, experiences in coal mining industry is an advantage,
    4. Good communication skills in Indonesia and English (oral and written),
    5. Good interpersonal and organizational skills,
    6. Highly self motivated, Strong Leadership, analytical skill, disciple, and team work,
    7. Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrity.

    IV. Safety & Environment Supervisor (SHE)

    Key Accountabilities:

    1. Able to develop the Safety and Environment Policy for work safety in mining activities,
    2. Able to develop and implement all necessary Safety & Environmental programs,
    3. Prepare all documentations related to Safety and environment,
    4. Investigate accidents, complete or verify accident reports, and liaise with external health and safety authorities to identify the causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence,
    5. Recommend changes to working processes and conditions to ensure that employees have a safety and health working environment and that the company complies with all current and future regulations and the company s safety policies and standards,
    6. Maintain and analyze records of workplace injuries, illness, and absences to identify areas of concern. Educate and train the organization s workforce on health and safety to ensure that they understand and comply with the organizations health and safety policies and standards,
    7. Ensure that first aid supplies and resources are available in accordance with regulations and the company s health and safety policies.

    Specific Requirements:

    1. Min. D3 Safety & Environment or equivalent,
    2. Preferably male, 25-35 years old,
    3. Min. 3 years experience in Mining Company,
    4. Experienced in conducting environmental sampling, trend analysis, hazardous material, waste handling, Environmental Management System, AMDAL, risk management,
    5. Knowledge of K3 regulation and Environmental Management,
    6. Preferably hold POP certification,
    7. Willing to work at mine site,
    8. Highly self motivated, Strong Leadership, Good analytical, negotiation and reporting skills.

    V. Project Secretary (Sec.)

    Key Accountabilities:

    1. Responsible for all project document and secretarial duties at Head Office Jakarta,
    2. Responsible for general administration, maintain project filing system and tender documents, translation of document project,
    3. Prepare Travel arrangement for Engineering Dept.,
    4. Excellent typing skills and ability to take accurate minutes,
    5. Excellent Organizational skills with meetings, travel, management of any petty cash claims etc.,
    6. Assist Project General Manager in issuing the Project request, and make sure the content of the project request is correct and complete,
    7. Assisting to Project General Manager in any project Meeting, and charge of the minute of meeting,
    8. Have good understanding of compiling monthly reports with associated graphs and charts,
    9. Very good Oral & Written skills and Interpretation in English and Bahasa,
    10. Pleasant nature and good communicator.

    Specific Requirements:

    1. Female, min. 26 years and max 35 years old,
    2. Minimum D3 from reputable secretarial academy,
    3. Having experience min. 3 year in secretarial or same field,
    4. Ability to use MS. Office 2007,
    5. Well organizer, trustworthy, honest and securing confidential matters,
    6. Smart, highly self motivated person, good communication skill, pleasant nature, good initiative & teamwork,
    7. Preferably candidates who resides in Jabodetabek.

    VI. Electrical Engineering (Electro)

    Key Accountabilities:

    1. Understanding of electrical control systems and general electrical line of coal processing,
    2. Understand about HV & LV include control system,
    3. Understanding to read specifications and drawings,
    4. Review of consultant s basic design in electrical engineering,
    5. Review of current preliminary design in electrical engineering,
    6. Preparation of technical specification, cost estimates and tender evaluation for construction in electrical engineering,
    7. Operation and maintenance of electrical facilities,
    8. Planning and designing power supply and control of loading/ unloading conveyor system,
    9. Design, construction and maintenance of Belt conveyor.

    Specific Requirements:

    1. Male/Female min. 26 years and max 40 years old,
    2. Min. S1 Electrical Engineering,
    3. Min. 5 years experience in , preferably in mining industries (coal mining),
    4. Understand about MS Office & Auto cad,
    5. English min. passive,
    6. The position is initially based in Jakarta, but applicants must willing to stay and/or work in remote locations.

    VII. Mechanical Engineering (Mechanic)

    Key Accountabilities:

    1. Review of current preliminary design in mechanical engineering,
    2. Review of consultant s basic design in mechanical engineering,
    3. Preparation of technical specification, cost estimates and tender evaluation for construction in mechanical engineering,
    4. Design, construction and maintenance of Belt conveyor,
    5. Construction supervision in mechanical engineering,
    6. Operation and maintenance of mechanical facilities.

    Specific Requirements:

    1. Male/Female min. 26 years and max 40 years old,
    2. Min. S1 Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering,
    3. Min. 5 years experience in the same area (mining industries),
    4. Understand about MS Office & Auto cad.,
    5. English min. passive,
    6. The position is initially based in Jakarta, but applicants must willing to stay and/or work in remote locations.

    VIII. Surveyor

    Key Accountabilities:

    1. Understand to do survey & data process by manual & computerized system,
    2. Preparation of mine plans / section as per the mining law of Indonesia and per other needs,
    3. Prepare detailed surveys of mine workings,
    4. Analyze survey control,
    5. Mine planning and maintaining computer models of mine.

    Specific Requirements:

    1. Male min. 20 years and max 30 years old,
    2. Min STM Tambang, D3 Geodetic from reputable University,
    3. Having Experience within 1-2 years experience on civil construction & mining,
    4. English min. passive,
    5. Willing to work at mine site,
    6. Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software.

    IX. Chief Surveyor

    Key Accountabilities:

    1. Plan, manage and monitor all survey activities in mine area,
    2. Prepare monthly report, prepare mid-long terms all survey function s strategy and plan base on feasibility study,
    3. Manage and monitor of mine plans / section as per the mining law of Indonesia and per other needs,
    4. Analyze survey control,
    5. Scheduling and conducting the mine survey by using total station instrument (Total Station, Theodolite, etc.),
    6. Mine planning and maintaining computer models of mine,
    7. Highly self motivated, Strong Leadership, Good analytical, negotiation and reporting skills.

    Specific Requirements:

    1. Male min. 27 years and max 40 years old,
    2. Min S1 Geodetic from reputable University,
    3. Having Experience within 3-5 years experience on civil construction & mining,
    4. English min. passive,
    5. Willing to work at mine site,
    6. Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software.
