    General requirement:
    - Familiar with mining software (Minescape/Surpac) and or mechanical software (Cad/Nastran/ProE) is preferable
    - Willing to be placed outside Java
    - Excellent leadership skill, good communication skill, target oriented, able to work under pressure
    - Experience in ISO 9001:2000 & OHSAS 18001:1999 is preferable Fluent in oral & written English
    - Well experienced in coal & minerals mining operation
