    Our client, a National Oil & Gas service company which has joint venture with an international provider of facilities solutions to the oil & gas production and processing industries, is currently looking for engineers from various disciplines:


    1. Engineer 2

    Skills and Knowledge:
    • Fully Competent Engineer, with typically more than 5 years of experience.
    • Working knowledge of own and other functions.
    • Understand of project scope, logic and economic aspect.
    • Has an understanding and apply extensively engineering working experiences.
    • Begin to understand procurement and construction working process.
    • Able to work independently and making decision.

    Key area results:
    • Select Engineering techniques to solve problems and recommend design wit major complexity.
    • Provide technical leadership to a small group of temporarily assigned engineers and technicians to ensure successful completion of the assigned project phase within the budgeted time and cost constrains.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth working process.
    • Participate as a team member in a specific phase of a broad engineering assignment to provide optimum contribution.
    • As a unit leader, plan specified tasks given by more senior employees distribute and communicate the tasks to the group members, to ensure clarity on the execution.

    2. Lead Designer 1

    Skills and Knowledge:
    • Understand high philosophy of plant layout design: recognized as an expert in the principles of the professional field as demonstrated by significant accomplishments and contributions.
    • Mastery in a narrow but intensely specialized field.
    • Posses a relevant level degree and typically has 8 or more years experience as Senior Designer 2

    Key area results:
    • As very senior staff specialist, conceive, develop and evaluate plans and criteria for solving a variety of unique and complex plant layout design problems.
    • Provide technical advisory and assistance to management to identify intricate and high profile projects.
    • As a technical auditor, conduct audit on design requirement and plant layout design to ensure compliance with Home Office regulations.
    • Provide technical assistance to management by evaluating audit results, to identify and recommend preventive action and continuous improvement.
    • Serve as an advisor to the other technical personnel.

    3. Lead Designer 2

    Skills and Knowledge:
    • Very advanced technical skill, in depth experience and working knowledge of related disciplines.
    • Posses a relevant level degree and typically has 5 or more years experience as lead Designer 1.

    Key area results:
    • Perform work independently in leading project development and execution for projects specialized in plant layout design.
    • Provide technical assistance and advisory to colleagues and management.
    • Conduct independent study, feasibility evaluation and special project that involve a broad area of specialization.

    4. Senior Designer 1

    Skills and Knowledge:
    • Journey level position, representing first line supervision, i.e. a transition from individual contributor to the managerial level.
    • Understand applying extensive and diversified knowledge of design principles and practices on broad assignments.
    • Posses high developed experience within an engineering field, and has a working knowledge of other disciplines.
    • Take multidisciplinary approach (EPC) to projects that involve a high degree of interaction between departments, using own experience and outside sources.
    • Posses a relevant level degree and typically has 5 or more years experience as lead Designer 2.

    Key area results:
    • Perform and check design work, major complex studies, layouts and original drawings.
    • Participate in the resolution of issues such as conflicting design requirements of work requiring judgment, creativity, and foresight, and difficult coordination requirements to contribute to successful project completion.
    • Outline project requirements, assign tasks and supervise progress to ensure project objectives are being met.
    • As a job leader, provide direct and full supervision, including act as quality assurance to a discipline to ensure the assigned works are executed in accordance with the required standards and regulations (note: the works are less complex than Senior Designer 2).

    5. Senior Engineer 1

    Skills and Knowledge:
    • Journey level position, representing first line supervision, i.e. a transition from individual contributor to the managerial level.
    • Understand standard philosophy of engineering knowledge in the specialism, principals and practices in related areas.
    • Posses high developed experience within an engineering field, and has a working knowledge of other disciplines.
    • Take multidisciplinary approach (EPC) to projects that involve a high degree of interaction between departments, using own experience and outside sources.
    • Posses a relevant level degree and typically has 8 or more years experience

    Key area results:
    • Perform complex assignments that involve development of new or improved products, process or techniques to produce deliverables that require standard philosophy of engineering with precedented procedures.
    • Participate in the resolution of issues such as conflicting design requirements, unsuitability of standard material and difficult coordination requirements to contribute to successful project completion.
    • Outline project requirements, assign tasks and supervise progress to ensure project objectives are being met.
    • As a job leader, provide direct and full supervision, including act as quality assurance to a discipline to ensure the assigned works are executed in accordance with the required standards and regulations (note: the works are less complex than Senior Engineer 2).

    6. Senior Principal Engineer

    Skills and Knowledge:
    • At this level, individuals demonstrate creativity, foresight and mature engineering judgement as they anticipate and solve unprecedented engineering problems.
    • Able to conduct independent study, feasibility evaluation and special project that involve a broad area of specialization.
    • Consulted for technical expertise by colleagues and management as well as by outside organization (clients).
    • Posses a relevant level degree and typically has 22 or more years experience.

    Key area results:
    • Suggest and implement improvement in current technology which have strategic, positive financial or regulatory impact on the company.
    • Contribute inventions, new designs or techniques that are regarded as major advances in the field.
    • Provide advisory on a range of projects or specific technologies.
    • Conceive and plan investigation of broad areas of considerably novelty and importance to the overall engineering program to address unprecedented problems in engineering.
    • Initiate and maintain extensive contacts with top levels engineers and officials of other organizations and companies to obtain latest information on technology.
    • Participate in professional/technical societies by presenting papers or serving on national committees, to create public awareness our client s capabilities.
    • As a liaison officer, provide advisory to clients on technical and commercial problems to help them in their decision making process, thereby maintaining long-term relationship with clients.

    7. Principal Engineer

    Skills and Knowledge:
    • Understand high philosophy of engineering; recognized as an expert in the theories and principles of the professional field as demonstrated by significant accomplishment and contributions.
    • Mastery in a narrow but intensely specialized field.
    • Pursue additional education and training as evidenced by advanced degrees, specified training and/or professional certifications.
    • Posses a relevant level degree and typically has 17 or more years experience

    Key area results:
    • As very senior staff specialist, conceive, develop and evaluate plans and criteria for solving a variety of unique and complex engineering problems.
    • Provide technical advisory and assistance to management to identify intricate and high profile projects.
    • As a technical auditor, conduct audit on design requirement and process design to ensure compliance with Home Office regulations.
    • Provide technical assistance to management by evaluating audit results, to identify and recommend preventive action and continuous improvement.
    • Serve as an advisor to the other technical personnel.
    • Generate and analyze data from other disciplines, departments and locations to recommend solutions to extremely complex problem.
