FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER – Samarinda based
(Kalimantan Timur)

Requirement :
* Technical
* - Good understanding in Indonesian GAAP, Tax regulation, Manpower Law, Corporate Governance and Internal Control
* - Sufficient understanding in Mining industries in general
* Non technical
* - Strong managerial and interpersonal skills.
* - Good Adaptability and Self Management
* - Fluent in English and good computer proficiency

Requirements:
* Principal Responsibilities: (SAMARINDA BASED)
* The responsibilities including but not limited to:
* - Ensure timely implementation of accounting software
* - Develop and review accounting system & procedure
* - Review and analyze monthly financial statement and account detail/reconciliation;
* - Ensure compliance with Indonesian taxation as well as mining regulation;
* - Manage daily finance activities and cash flow
* - Budget preparation and control – monthly review on budget against actual;
* - Develop a quality management reporting
* - Contribute to the development of Company’s strategic planning from in term of financial requirement and valuation

Responsibilities:
* Manage all finance, accounting and other administrative activities covering cashflow management, transaction recording and reporting, financial statement preparation, review and analysis, budget preparation and control.
