    PT Mattel Indonesia is a worldwide company and a leader in toy business. We operate as the largest manufacturer of dolls and we employ about 7,000 people in Indonesia. We produce Barbie, fashion dolls. It has two plants at Jababeka Industrial Estate Cikarang, Bekasi.

    MOLDING ENGINEER

    Position Requirement:
    -Has Part and Mold design knowledge, Plastic and Steel knowledge, General Mechanic and Electrical is a plus

    -Prefer has 1-2 years Plastic Injection Molding hands on experience or Plastic conversion plant plastic with Injection Molding Process certification but fresh graduate are welcome

    -S1 in Mechanical Engineering/ equivalent from reputable university

    -GPA min 3.0


    Key Accountability Areas:
    -Provide acceptable molded part for piloting process and production purposes as per production schedule

    -Provide most effective trouble shooting for any problem in production

    -Provide safe molding condition and adhere to manufacturing procedural conformance in primary mostly in injection molding process


    -Optimize Injection Molding process, lower reject rate and in parallel maintain the active tool running in good condition

    -Check plastic material as an input in molding process to get the most cost effective usage

    -Improve manufacturing process performance and identify project improvement at primary process
