We are a reputated & well established marine company specialising in ship repair, ship building, ship conversion, engineering and other marine related services. We have facilities located in Singapore and Batam,Indonesia. In line with our current expansion, we are recruiting suitably qualified candidate to fill the position of:
Admin & Accounts Officer
(Riau - Batam)
Requirements:
-Able to start work in Batam immediately.
-Applicants residing in Batam have added advantage.
-Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
-Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
-Must be computer literate & proficient in English.
-Knowledge & experienced in using payroll or accounting software is added advantage.
-Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Admin/Accounting/HR Mgmt.
-At least 2 years related working experience preferably in marine industry.
Responsibilities:
To handle Subcontractors’ Administration and Co's General Affairs.
Familiar & able to liaise with related government bodies on applying/renewing Co's licenses & permits, Tax, PPh21, Jamsostek, Disnaker, Customs, Expatriate licenses & work permits, etc.
To support Finance dept on Accounting aspects and generate monthly finance reports.
Any other admin tasks as assigned.
