Currently we are looking for best candidates to fill following positions:

Technical Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
* To respond & answer all customers calls / requests quickly & properly, related to logistics & technical queries, i.e. : stock / product availability, price, order/delivery status, etc.
* It would be ideal if the candidate has pleasant voice to communicate with customer over the phone, as most of service will be delivered by phone.
* To record all calls / requests in the system.
* To maintain good relationship with the customers .

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (teknik elektro/elektronika)
* Required skill(s): Technical Telemarketer, Sales, Customer Service.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Selatan/jaksel.
* Applicants should be Indonesian, others citizens or hold relevant residence status.
