    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER- Oil & Gas Equipment Manufacturer

    Responsibilities:
    * Handle the Indonesia market, and set and achieve budgets and goals- Recommend, develop and pursue long term growth objectives and plans for assigned location
    * Develop territory strategy to develop relationships with key end users, contractors and agents- Prioritize opportunities to maximize profitability and minimise expenses
    * Work with target customers to reccomend products at the most profitable prices
    * Compile project specifications and proposals- Complete take offs as neccessary and coordinate project activity and quotations with offices
    * Recommend and initiate changes or deletions in current products and pricing neccessary to maintain and increase sales and margins in accordance to company's goals and policies.
    * Determine competitive standing of current products in relation to prices, features, performance including analysis of competitor's actions, product development, policies and activities
    * Evaluate product success in the marketplace through internal reports and direct contacts with customers, contractors, agents and distributors- Reccomend adjustments to marketing and sales efforts as and when neccessary
    * Plan and recommend product pricing and distribution policy consistent with sound price and discount practices optimum volume and market positions
    * Resolve product inconsistencies arising from, but not limited to, manufacturing and engineering enquiriesm change in vendore suppliers and customer complaints

    Requirements:
    * University Graduate in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of sales working experience in Oil & Gas, and market knowledge such as Mining, Fire & Gas etc
    * Fluent in English with good communication and presentation skills
    * Resourceful and ability to perform in a team
    * Independent and Goal setter & Achiever

    SALES MANAGER- Utilities/ Power Systems (Jakarta)

    Responsibilities:

    Responsible for the sales & development of accounts in Indonesia- supporting & growing existing new channels, develop new channels and market sectors

    Conduct market studies on the business growth potential, customers' needs and competitors' market share etc, in the Utility, Industrial, Commerical and Oil & Gas sectors

    Devise, Implement and Execute sales strategies for organic and new products

    Work with customers to define area of products application, sales representativs to implement sales & marketing plan, product groups and marketing managers to differentiate products from competitors

    Identify trade shows or other form of publicity and review needs for participation

    Requirements:
    Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferably in Power Engineering)
    Has at least 5 years of Sales & Marketing/ Business Development with Oil & Gas- Utilities, Power Systems equipment manufacturers or direct distributors
    Good Knowledge in Systems Controls and Automation, and Switchgear industry
    Good Business Contacts in the Oil & Gas industry in Indonesia
