Trainee Seismologist

Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Geophysics from reputable university
* Maximum 24 years old
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
* Good Attitude, hard working and team player
* Active English and MS Office familiarity are a must

Recruitment Specialist
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
* Assist to make sure recruitment service level can support business (planning, sourcing, profiling, placement)
* Responsible for staff recruiting and selection process in order to fulfill manpower needs of each department in timely basis with high qualified employee
* Lead the recruitment activities and improve recruitment strategy and system
* Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select and evaluate applicants

Requirements:
* Male, with min of age 24 years
* Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00
* Experience minimum 3 years as a Recruiter in related field preferably from Oil & Gas Services Company
* Having in-depth knowledge of Recruitment Process
* Have a good knowledge of Psychological Test (can make psychological report)
* Have a good knowledge of organization systems and processes
* Good analytical, conceptual, and administrative skills
* Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Placement at Jakarta
