    Indonesian leading coal mining company, PT Supra Bara Energi proud to present its most impressive quality coal from mines located primarily in East Kalimantan. Company has seven mining sites in production stage and export quality coal primarily to Asian countries such as China, India. Japan and Taiwan. Company has extensive expansion plans, PT. Supra Bara Energi intents to increase production from a current level of 600,000 to 1.2 million tons per year by adding high capacity latest equipment and other supporting facilities.

    To meet current challenges PT Supra Bara Energi is seeking professionals having hands on Mining industry with reliability and motivated personnel to strengthen the team, to develop business and ensure the best of quality work to enhance revenue and profitability. Company offers challenging opportunities to fill following positions:

    1. RECRUITMENT SUPERINTENDENT (Jakarta and Site)

    Qualifications:
    • Male/Female, 27 years- 35 years
    • Holds minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Human Resource & Management/Psychology/Law/ any related field.
    • Minimum 5-7 years working experience in the related position - preferably in Mining Industry
    • Must be able to handle all HRD functions and related matters, including data control, recruitment and selection tools, handling employment contract.

    2. RECRUITMENT MANAGER (Jakarta)

    Qualification:
    • Male 35years-45years
    • Holds a minimum bachelor degree in Human Resources Management! industrial Law/Psychology/any related field.
    • Minimum 7-10 years working experience in the same position - preferably in Mining Industry.
    • Must be able to handle at HRD functions and related matters, including data control, administration, recruitment and selection tools, handling employment contract, and familiar with manpower rules and regulation.


    3. RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST (Jakarta)

    Qualifications:
    • Male/Female, 23 years- 30 years
    • Holds minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Management/law/any related fields.
    • Minimum 3-5 years working experience in the related position preferably in Mining Industry

    4. COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT MANAGER (Jakarta)

    Qualifications:
    • Male, 35 years —45 years
    • Holds a minimum of bachelor degree in Science/Mathematics/any related field.
    • Minimum 7-10 years working experience in the same position - preferably in Mining Industry.
    • Having good knowledge C&B Management Payroll System and income tax standard practice.

    5. INDUSTRIAL RELATION MANAGER (site)

    Qualifications:
    • Male, 35years—45years
    • Hold a minimum of bachelor degree Human Resources Management/Industrial Law/Psychology/Any related fields.
    • Minimum 7-10 years working experience in IR-industrial relation manner - Preferably in Mining Industry

    6. HR&GAMANAGER (Site)

    Qualifications:
    • Male, 35 years - 45 years
    • Holds a minimum of bachelor degree in Human Resources Management/Industrial Law/Psychology/any related field.
    • Minimum 10 -12 years working experience in the similar position, preferably in Mining Industry.
    • Must be able to handle all HRD functions and related matters, including data control, Industrial Relation, union labor and familiar with manpower rules and regulation.

    7. HR & GA Superintendent (Jakarta/Site - Upon request by Company)

    Qualifications:
    • Female/Male,27 years —35 years
    • Holds a minimum of bachelor degree in Human Resources Management/ Industrial Law/ Psychology/any related field.
    • Minimum 5-7 years working experience in the similar position, preferably in Mining industries.
    • Experience in recruitment, training & development, general affair and Industrial relation and familiar with manpower rules and regulation.

    8. HR & GA SUPERVISOR (Site)

    Qualifications:
    • Male, 27 years – 35 years
    • Holds a minimum of bachelor degree in Human Resources Management/Industrial Law/ Psychology/Any related fields.
    • Minimum 3-5 years working experience in the similar position (HRGA) preferably in mining industry
    • Good working knowledge of Industrial Relations practice, labor law or government regulation, employment agreement, HR Procedures and General Affair.

    General Requirement:
    Computer literate (MS Office), Fluent in English (Oral/Written) For effective communication. Strong leadership, Entrepreneurship, Good administration skills, Good analytical skills, Problem-solving attitude, High business ethic and Able to work under pressure.
