Emergency Response Team Leader
Sulawesi Tengah

Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree in technical/engineering. Tertiary education in OHS or QHSE matters is an advantage.
* Certified on world-class safety skills in previous organization.
* Minimum 10 years of QHSE experience in major company related to Oil/Gas, LNG and Petrochemical industry


Responsibilities:
* Coordinate all Emergency Response (ER) operations matters to ensure HSE operational support in DSLNG site is legally compliant.
* Develop Emergency Response procedures related to foreseeable accident scenarios
* Monitor and evaluate Operations’ emergency drills to ensure operation emergency procedures awareness
* Direct all Emergency Response activities
* Monitor compliance with DSLNG HSE management system standards/policy and safe work practices.
* Plan visit coverage for DSLNG Operation and Project areas to ensure emergency preparedness in all activities.
* Develop and maintain “live” emergency response plan and exercise through interaction and visits to operation areas.
* Coordinate necessary resources to support emergency response preparedness related with Permit-To-Work and other process to ensure compliance with Safe Work Practices
* Establish awareness about validated emergency plan and scenarios among all work teams
* Monitor emergency response capability and performance both for the emergency responders and the workforce. Develop emergency response improvement plan as necessary.
* Develop competency gap training program for emergency response team and liaise with proper external technical expertise and resources
* Identify gaps in emergency management system, effectiveness and alignment with shareholders ER system.
* Participate in investigations of incidents when necessary
* Review incident reports and support relevant communications of Lessons Learned to DSLNG Operations personnel, in coordination with other HSE professional.
* Coordinate with QSHE auditors in QSHE assurance processes, including development of action plans and monitoring the follow up actions.
