PERSONAL ASSISTANT
(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:
* Effective verbal and listening, communications skills - translation often required
* Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc, to produce correspondence and documents, and maintain presentations, spreadsheets and databases
* Must also demonstrate the following personal attributes:be honest and trustworthy, be respectful & demonstrate sound work ethics, loyal
* Female, age between 26 - 29 years old
* English (active) & Chinese (min passive)
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
* Type confidential documents on a wordprocessing system
* Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
* Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
