We are multinational company in Coal Mining Industry; 5 positions

We are multinational company in Coal Mining Industry intending to commence operation in the North Barito, Central Kalimantan. We are seeking dynamic and creative, professionals who have a successful track record in their fields to join and grow with our team.

I. Personnel & GA Staff

Key Accountabilities:
• Responsible to maintain and update personnel database and HR recording include staff personal data, leave record, labor cost report, etc.
• Prepare and update overtime data, medical claim, etc.
• Handle general affair activities such as ordering ticket, hotel, car usage, maintenance of camp & office facilities, etc.
• Handle industrial relation issues.
• Coordinates and implements medical services programs that suits to the company policy and procedure.
• Report to Personnel & GA Spv.

Specific Requirements:
• Diploma Degree from reputable university in Management or equivalent.
• Having at least 1 years experiences handling Personnel & GA, experiences in coal mining industry is an advantage.
• Good analytical skill, results oriented, initiative and able to work in a team.
• Be able to use MS. Office.
• English min. passive.
• Living at Central Kalimantan (Muara teweh).
• Willing to be located at Site (remote area)

II. Personnel & GA Supervisor

Key Accountabilities:
• Responsible to maintain and update personnel database and HR recording include staff personal data, leave record, labor cost report, etc.
• Handle general affair activities such as ordering ticket, hotel, car usage, maintenance of camp & office facilities, etc.
• Handle industrial relation issues.
• Coordinates and implements medical services programs that suits to the company policy and procedure.
• To liaise with the government officials such as Manpower dept, Local government, etc to ensure compliance of regulations.

Specific Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university in Management or equivalent.
• Having at least 3 years experiences handling Personnel & GA, experiences in coal mining industry is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Indonesia and English (oral and written) and possesses the ability to communicate and manage relationships with a wide range of people.
• Good analytical skill, results oriented, initiative and able to work in a team.
• Willing to be located at Site (remote area).


III. Surveyor

Key Accountabilities:
1. Understand to do survey & data process by manual & computerized system.
2. Scheduling and conducting the mine survey by using total station instrument (Total Station, Theodolite, etc).
3. In cooperation with contractor to do survey for monthly progress claim and pit development.
4. Preparation of mine plans / section as per the mining law of Indonesia and per other needs.
5. Provide detailed surveys of mine workings.
6. Analyze survey control.
7. Mine planning and maintaining computer models of mine.

Specific Requirements:
1. Min D3/S1 Geodetic from reputable University.
2. Having Experience within 3-5 years experience on civil construction & mining.
3. English min. passive.
4. Willing to work at mine site.
5. Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software.

IV. Mine Planning Engineer (MPE-01)

Key Accountabilities:
1. Strong knowledge and has successfully experience in mines planning, project planning, scheduling, management of open cut mines.
2. Be able to construct geology models & pit designs.
3. Can communicate all significant issues relating, to operations, environmental management or safety.

Specific Requirements:
1. Min. D3 Mining Engineer from reputable University.
2. Min. 3 years experience as Mining Engineer in Coal Mining Company.
3. Have good knowledge of software mining programs especially Minescape.
4. Initiative, planning & organizing skills, problem solving, time management, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and client focus and be result driven.

V. Safety & Environment Officer (SEO-01)

Key Accountabilities:
1. Able to developing and implementing all necessary Safety & Environmental programs, coordinate implementation of facilities, environmental and safety.
2. Able to develop the Safety and Environment Policy for work safety in mining activities.
3. Prepare all documentations related to HSE.
4. Able to direct the Safety and Environment Policy for work safety in mining activities.
5. Able to identify and to prevent the work accident before happen it in every mining activities.

Specific Requirements:
1. Min. D3 Safety & Environment or equivalent.
2. Min. 3 years experience in Mining Company.
3. Knowledge of K3 regulation and Environmental Management.
4. Willing to work at mine site.
