Due to our continued expansion and recently announced acquisitions, we are seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced candidate for below position in one of our many projects

Safety Superintendent ( East Kalimantan )

Requirements:
* Creative, hardworking and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Good command in English for communication and written is must.
* Min. 30 years of age.
* Min. 3 years experiences as Superintendent or Coordinator or similar function.
* Min. Associate Degree.
* Min. 5 years experiences working in Coal Mining Company preferred.
* Will be post at Jembayan Mine - East Kalimantan.


Responsibilities:
* Investigate accidents, complete or verify accident reports, and liaise with technical specialists and external health and safety authorities to identify the causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence.
* Ensure that first aid supplies and resources are available in accordance with regulations and the organization’s health and safety policies.
* Select, train and evaluate designated workplaces safety or first aid officers to ensure that they understand and can perform the responsibilities of their role.
* Maintain and analyze records of workplace injuries, illness, and absences to identify areas of concern. Educate and train the organization’s workforce on health and safety to ensure that they understand and comply with the organizations health and safety policies and standards.
* Recommend changes to working processes and conditions to ensure that all employees have a safe and healthy working environment and that the organization complies with all current and future regulations laws, and the organization’s safety policies and standards.
* Supervises a team of safety professionals who conduct safety audits and on-site inspections to indentify workplace hazards and unsafe equipment, working practices, or working conditions.
