    A PMA company in the power generation ; Personnel & Administration Manager

    VACANT POSITION

    We, a PMA company with activity in the power generation sector, are seeking a mature individual with administration and legal background who is able to demonstrate a visible sense of urgency and initiative to join us in our Jakarta office as a Management Trainee for the position of :

    PERSONNEL & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

    Requirements :
    • Bachelor degree in law from a leading university;
    • Strong management and administration skills;
    • Fluent in spoken and written English;
    • Computer literate;
    • Familiar with personnel management procedure.

    Responsibilities :
    Initially to function as an assistant to the Personnel & Administration Manager :
    • Administering and controlling the Corporate Documents, Licenses and Permits including registration and reporting in compliance with the prevailing laws and regulations;
    • Managing the general affairs;
    • Managing the personnel administration including the expatriate manpower.

    The following would be desirable :
    • Familiarity with English law;
    • Working experience with expatriates.
