Kepala Teknik Tambang
(Kalimantan Role)

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess from Bachelor s Degree in Mining Engineering.
• Having 5 year(s) of working experience as “Kepala Teknik Tambang”.
• Having good understanding of mining operation.
• Knowledgeable in QSE, Mine Reclamation, and Rehabilitation.
• Have Certified in " Kepala Teknik Tambang".
• Having good relationship/network with government institutions.
• Excellent communication in both written and spoken English.
• Computer literate (MS Office).
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills.
• Creative and self starter, team player and having self integrity.

Mechanical Design Engineer
(Jakarta Base)

Requirement:
• At least 7 year(s) Experience in Materials Handling Design Projects in Mining and Construction Industry s.
• Internationally recognized Degree.
• Experiences in Coal are essential, iron ore and cement are desirable, and Nickel, cooper, gold are optional.
• Required an Infrastructure Design experience in material handling such as:
o Conveyor and Feeder detail design.
o Crushing Systems.
o Wash Plant design.
o Stockpile Storage designs.
o Stockpile Stacking and reclaimed design.
o Ship Loading/ Barge Loading designs.
o Chute design.
o Dust collection design.
o Pneumatic conveying.
o Dust Suppression.

Electrical Drafter
(Jakarta Base)

Requirement:
• Candidates must possess at least Diploma of Electrical.
• At least 5 years of experiences in related position is required.
• Experiences design, electrical power system and control system.
• Experienced working with Mining and Oil & Gas Company.
• Required skills: Auto CAD.
• Excellent English oral and written.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Jakarta.

Senior Project Planner/ Scheduler
(Kalimantan Base)

Responsibilities:
• Responsible to develop and establish Project Schedule strategy.
• Responsible to develop WBS in conjunction with Project Engineers, Project Controls Officer and Construction/ Mining Superintendents.
• Responsible to maintain Contractual Schedule, identifying construction and commissioning milestones, critical Path activities in order to advise and allow the Project Manager to meet all contractual obligations.
• Responsible to ensure the development and maintenance of measurement of project progress and perform earned value as measures as needed, including weighted S-curves.
• Responsible to produce detailed short term construction programs.
• Responsible to identify opportunities within the Project schedule to increase project returns.
• Responsible to assist Lead Designers with design scenario developments and to assist Construction Engineers with construction scenario developments.
• Assist Project Controls Superintendent to develop budget forecasts.

Requirements:
• Must possess at least Bachelor s Degree of engineering discipline.
• Having 5 (five) years working experience in related fields.
• Proven experienced as a Planning Engineer.
• Fluent English - both oral & written.
• Computer literate.
• Willing to work extended hours to meet project requirements.
• Team player & good communication skills.

• Able to work under required time and pressure.

Civil/ Road Superintendent
(FIFO Kalimantan)

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree in Construction, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English.
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in Earthworks as superintendent/ senior supervisor role.
• Applicants should hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably specializing in Engineering or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.

Training Coordinator (Mining Operations)
(Balikpapan Base)

Requirement:
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering or other Engineering discipline.
• Experienced in Mining industry.
• Has proficient knowledge about the mining process, from feasibility studies to mining services (pit to port).
• Has strong exposure as a trainer for mining operation on project.
• Able to create own module / syllabus for sustainable program (Company property right).
• Computer literate.
• Good command in English both verbal & written.
• Willing to travel around our project sites.

Civil/ Road Designer
(Jakarta Base)

Requirements:
• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 5 years experience in the same field is required.
• Required design experiences: Roads, Railways, slabs on ground, drainage, sediment control, rainfall analysis, sewers, general earthworks, pavements, and airport.

Electrical Design Engineer
(Jakarta Base)

Requirement:
• Candidates must possess at least bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineer.
• At least 7-10 years of experiences in design, site and Commissioning.
• Familiar with ETABS, Power Pac and Microsoft packages.
• Excellent English oral and written.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Jakarta.

Construction Manager
(FIFO Kalimantan)

Key Responsibilities:
To manage the construction activities of project and ensuring that it is completed on time. Manage and provide leadership to construction engineers and superintendents in control of all labour and plant resources. Will be responsible to the Project Manager for delivery of allocated projects during construction period.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
• Having experience minimum 10 years in site construction particularly in civil works (concrete, bridge, earthwork, jetty, road construction) and general machine.
• Have a project management background is preferable.
• Experienced working on major projects with major clients.
• Excellent English - verbal, writing and speaking.
• Computer Literacy.
• Applicants must be willing to work at site.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

Commercial Manager (Expat)
(Jakarta Raya)

Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing implementation and compliance of commercial aspects of contracts.
• Assisting with contract negotiations and managing all contractual documentation.
• Preparation/co-ordination/submission of tenders.
• Financial reporting and other reports as required.
• Assistance with preparation of budgets/forecasts.

Requirements:
• Candidates must possess at least bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering (Mining), and Engineering (Others).
• At least 5 years of experiences in Commercial Management, Contract Management and Negotiation.
