► CORPORATE SECRETARY

• SECRETARY to DIRECTOR / GENERAL SECRETARY (Code SCR)
Female, aged approximately 35, with a Diploma degree from a reputable Secretarial Academy or possessing a Bachelor degree in English Literature. She should have 5 years experience if applying to be Secretary to a Director or 3 years experience as a general Secretary. She must have a good command of English. (Jakarta)

► TECHNICAL DIVISION

• GEOLOGIST (Code GEO)
Male, aged approximately 30, with a Bachelor degree in Geology. A minimum of 2 years experience as Geologist / fresh graduate are welcome to apply. (Kalimantan)

• MINING ENGINEER (Code MINE)
Male, aged approximately 30, with a Bachelor degree in Mining Engineer. A minimum of 2 years experience as Mining Engineer / fresh graduate are welcome to apply. (Kalimantan)

► ACCOUNTING & FINANCE DIVISION

• GENERAL MANAGER ACCOUNTING (Code GM)
Male, aged approximately 40, with a Bachelor degree in Accounting, with a minimum of 10 years experience as a GM Accounting. He should have knowledge of taxation, financial reporting and accounting systems. (Jakarta)

• ACCOUNTING MANAGER (Code AM)
Male, aged approximately 38, with a Bachelor degree in Accounting, with a minimum of 8 years experience as an Accounting Manager (managerial position). He should have knowledge of taxation and accounting systems. (Jakarta).

• FINANCE MANAGER (Code FM)
Female, aged approximately 38, with a Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance. She should have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Finance Manager. (Jakarta)

• ACCOUNTING / FINANCE STAFF (Code AFS)
Male or female, aged approximately 28, with a Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance. A minimum of 3 years experience working in Accounting / Finance is required. (Jakarta and Kalimantan)

► IT DIVISION

• IT MANAGER (Code IT)
Male, aged approximately 38, with a Bachelor degree in Computer Science. He should have a minimum of 10 years experience as an IT Manager, possessing a good knowledge of some programming languages, databases, SAP, network design and implementation (LAN/WAN). (Jakarta)

► HR DIVISION

• HRD MANAGER (Code HRM)
Male or female, aged approximately 38, with a Bachelor degree in Psychology, Law or Management, with a minimum of 8 years experience as HRD Manager. The incumbent would be responsible for HR issues, our employee data base, salary structures, employment contracts, recruitment, company law, labor law, reward and punishment etc., and be responsible for communicating and reporting to the Labor Department, Jamsostek, etc. (Jakarta)

• HRD STAFF (Code HRD)
Female, aged approximately 28, with a Bachelor degree in Psychology, Law or Management, and a minimum of 2 years experience working in HRD. She will possess an understanding of labor law, recruitment, employee data bases and all HR activities. (Jakarta)

►SHIPPING DIVISION

• GENERAL MANAGER SHIPPING (Code GMS)
Male, aged approximately 45, with qualification ATT 1 or ATT 2. He should have 10 years experience as a General Manager in shipping using tugs and barges (and preferably including coal transshipment). He should possess a strong technical knowledge regarding new vessel construction, docking, surveying and repair and maintenance. He should also have a sound knowledge of costing and budgeting for vessel operations. (Kalimantan)

• OPERATIONS MANAGER (Code OPM)
Male, aged approximately 40, with qualification ANT 2. A minimum of 8 years experience as Operations Manager in shipping (tugs and barges) is required. He should have sailing experience on board tugs, an understanding of vessel navigation, an understanding of barge loading and discharging of coal to bulk carriers, and experience of crowing the tugs. • SHIPPING & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER (Code SAM)
Male, aged approximately 38, possessing a Bachelor degree in any discipline, with a minimum of 5 years experience as Shipping & Adm. Manager. He should possess a sound knowledge of export/import, L/C and possess some experience in handling tugs and barges. (Jakarta)
