HSE Specialist

Identify, develop, promote, monitor, and evaluate HSE processes and policies throughout the Company or specific issues within the company.


Qualifications/ Experience:

Bachelor of degree in Engineering or Science.

Minimum 8 years of directly applicable experience and familiar with most current gas and oil production technology, preferably in the oil & gas industry.

HES Engineering in Oil & Gas activities, GOI HES laws & regulations, Qualifications/ Experience: Bachelor of degree in Engineering or Science.

Minimum 8 years of directly applicable experience and familiar with most current gas and oil production technology, preferably in the oil & gas industry.

HES Engineering in Oil & Gas activities, GOI HES laws & regulations, Company/International standard/procedures in HES, and quality improvement.


Duties and responsibilities include:

Assist management and facilitate operating teams in implementation proper HSE leadership & administration.

Develop, deploy, conduct, and administer HSE audit and inspection to ensure that proper process, practices, permitting, and procedures are being followed.

Facilitate developing emergency preparedness.

Review, develop, deploy, coordinate, and administer HSE standard & programs.

Provide consultation advisory support on HSE matters to clients/management and operating teams.

Build and maintain effective partnership and coordinate with GOI and shareholders on HSE issues.

Build awareness of HSE issue through communication, technology transfer, training and other proactive means.

Asses the impacts and recommend compliance program of any new HSE regulation.

Monitor and asses any HSE impact for new and existing operations and recommend necessary controls to minimize the impacts.

Manage QI matters in the field of HSE program.

Develop and review AMDAL Study as required.

Monitor implementation of RKL/RPL or UKL/UPL.
