JDA had been servicing the Indonesian Oil & Gas, Mining, Manufacturing and Construction industry for 20 years. As a result of the decision to strengthen JDA's presence in Indonesia, JDA-Indonesia is now strongly represented in Indonesia with offices in Jakarta, Balikpapan, Tembagapura and Batu Hijau.

    Our Clients is one of big mining company located in Laos – Asia who operates the large Phu Kham Cooper-Gold Operation, which commenced production of cooper-gold concentrate in April 2008. Currently seeking potential candidates for the following position below:

    1. Senior Mine Geologist

    Requirement :
    Minimum of 5 years open pit mine experience. Including 1 to 2 as a senior geologist.
    Experience in selective mining and either a gold or copper background.
    Grade Control drilling and sampling supervision
    Pit mapping
    Ore Control (ore mining) supervisory experience.
    Understanding of Acid Mine Drainage
    Geotechnical engineering (rock mechanics) would be a bonus.
    Self confident, extrovert.

    2. Senior Grade Control Geologist

    Requirement :
    Minimum of 5 years open pit mine experience. Including 1 to 2 as a senior geologist.
    Experience in selective mining and either a gold or copper background.
    Extensive Grade Control modelling and estimation experience
    Assay and drilling quality control
    Databases and Geographical Information Systems (GIS)
    Understanding of Acid Mine Drainage
    Self confident, extrovert.
