1. HRD Staff
(Jakarta Raya - Depok)

Requirements:
Has a thorough knowledge Minimal S1 of Laws / Management / Physiology
Preferably has certificate of "Training for Trainer” (T for T)
Familiar with up date labour government Laws / Government regulation of labour
Has a strong interpersonal, communication and can have analysis and recommendation to the company
Responsible for setting up and implementing HR policies, recruitment of employees and maintain healthy industry relations
Ability to carry out periodic salary survey, set up internal employee communication systems and maintain good relationships
Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar personalia managerial capacity with a degree in preferably HR or business management.
Age between 30 – 40 years old
Can work individually and/or within a team
Good in English, written and verbal
Preferably has own vehicle

2. Application Engineer
(Jakarta Raya - Depok)

Requirements:
Male or female, between 25 and 35 years old
Domicile Jakarta
Can work individually and/or within a team
Driven and motivated approach to work
Knowledge of Chemical processing or Mechanical engineering background
Good in English, written and verbal
Customer service minded and strong skills
Preferably has own vehicle
Preferably has knowledge about Oil & Gas Company business
