    Cost Engineer - EPC
    (Singapore[Map])

    Requirements:
    •Successful candidate will possess a Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management or business fields or equivalent experience
    •At least 5 years of experience in related construction cost engineer roles on large international Petrochemical EPCM refinery projects
    •Capable of performing all site cost engineering requirements
    •Must be able to work with engineering drawings and specifications
    •Multi-discipline and cost engineer experience required, ability to lead, motivate team members.
    •Experience in using computer based project controls software
    •Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
    •Clearly exhibited ability to develop good working relationships
    •Possess oral and written English language skills required to function effectively within an international project team
    •Ability to work autonomously

    Responsibilities:

    Specific Accountabilities :
    • Oversee engineers duties on providing cost engineering support to the project
    • Support Project Controls Manager as required
    • Maintaining current cost control database
    • Initiating correspondence relating to cost control clarification
    • Reviewing proposed schedule changes with construction personnel, client and contractors

    Primary Objective :
    Candidate will perform all Cost Engineering/Control activities for multiple contracts, ensuring effective cost control function for a multi-billion EPC project, working within existing operational facilities.
