    We are a new Oil and Gas Drilling Service Company seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professional as:

    Operations Manager
    (Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's (S1) Degree in Petroleum, Engineering or equivalent
    Male, age 40 - 50 years old
    At least 15 years of working experience in drilling operations
    Must be self-directed and capable of managing multiple task and able to solve problems
    Willing for traveling
    Excellent spoken and written skills in English


    Responsibilities:
    To market the available and suitable rigs to the PSCs
    To negotiate and close deals at the most efficient result
    Conducting preparation work prior to rig set up
    Organize and manage the setting up and dismantling of rigs
    Management of the day-to-day drilling activities
    Supervise and ensure that the entire drilling, rig activity or well servicing operations run smoothly, safely and efficiently
    Ensure that the operations comply with government regulations
    On the drilling rigs, make arrangements to prepare area for drilling
    Coordinate the work of rig crews and handling personnel issues
    Ensure that the implementation of safety and environmental issues on site are compliance with government regulations
