    PT Mercedes-Benz Indonesia is a 100% foreign investment company, owned by Daimler AG, Stuttgart and Daimler Project Consult, Germany. It is the sole agent, assembler and manufacturer of Mercedes-Benz products for Indonesia.

    Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia is a joint ventured company, owned by Daimler AG, Stuttgart, Mercedes-Benz Indonesia and the Indonesian partner. It is the main distributor for Mercedes-Benz in Indonesia and responsible for marketing of Mercedes-Benz products in Indonesia.

    Section Manager Sales Training and Homologation
    (Jakarta Raya - Central Jakarta)

    Requirements:
    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
    Required skill(s): Presentation/Training Skills, Microsoft Office, Marketing/Sales Business Process.
    Preferred skill(s): Car/vehicle product knowledge, preferable Mercedes-Benz products.
    Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
    Preferred language(s): German.
    At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    Applicants must be willing to work in Central Jakarta.
    Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
    Preferably Senior Staffs.
    Full-Time positions available.


    Responsibilities:
    Supervising salesperson's knowledge in term of product and salesmanship within Mercedes-Bennz Network in Indonesia
    Updating skills and knowledge of dealers and internal organization personnel
    Coordinating homologation process
    Assuring full compliance of Corporate Code of Conduct, Anti Bribery Policy and FCPA
