Production Operator

Key Duties :

To execute the production activities and on-line product release on the production line in the mill to achieve best-in-class results in all the World Class Manufacturing Accountabilities toward the vision of “safely producing the highest quality products, which satisfy all of the customer expectation for quality, price and availability at the lowest total delivered cost. “


Requirements/Persyaratan:

· Technical School in Mechanical Engineering with high score;

· Has minimum 2 - 3 years experience in manufacturing process,

· Familiar in handling the production operation, product release systems, and machine maintenance.

· Passive English is minimum

· Deep engineering knowledge on high speed and automated production lines of consumer goods is very preferred

· Knowledge and experiences in Total Quality Management, Total Productive Maintenance, and / or Just in Time is very preferred.
