We are looking for dynamic and suitably qualified individuals to join the EPCOS family.

Manager-Controlling
(Riau - Batam, Indonesia)

The Person:
Candidate must possess at least 7 year(s) of accounting / controlling experience of which at least 5 years in manufacturing environment.
Good understanding of US GAAP and SOX.
Experience in ERP system in particular SAP.
Good in communication and presentation skills.


The Job:
Directs budget and cost controls, financial analysis, accounting practices and reports
Analyzes and interprets financial data and recommends changes to improve systems and financial performance
Manages the preparation of cost accounting records.
Designs and implements cost control procedures.
Oversees the recording and calculation of unit cost for products or services related to a specific job or project.
Organizes cost accounting functions prior to physical inventor.y
Reporting to Chief Financial Officer.
