    Technical Partner Engineer (HP Servers)
    (Singapore)

    Requirements:
    • Broad knowledge of the hardware architecture and design of enterprise systems
    • Knowledge in HP products & solutions, in the following area:
    − HP ProLiant Servers (Must Have )
    − HP Blade Servers
    − HP Integrity Servers
    • Familiar with at least one of the following Operating System: Windows, UNIX and Linux
    • Exposure to enterprise SAN storage system
    • Excellent written & verbal communications skills

    Responsibilities:
    • Works with the HP CASPA (Value Channels) teams to:
    − Cultivate and manage ‘trusted advisor’ status within the partner account.
    − Provide technical mentorship to partner’s presales members
    − On-Job Training and Partner Academy training
    • Works with the HP Alliance (SI/ISV) teams to:
    − Cultivate and manage ‘trusted advisor’ status within the alliance partner account.
    − Aids in joint solution development with alliance partners
    • Provides technical presales assistance on selected, strategic sales opportunities
    • Shares HP’s best practices and technology updates
    • Coordinates other HP resources as needed to assist partner initiatives
    • Responsible for partner enabling and knowledge sharing with partner’s presales
    • Build and nurture the partner’s presales community, develop independence in the partners presales employees to be able to build solutions, configure and sell independently
    • Maintain positive total customer experience (TCE) by escalating issues as appropriate and owning/managing issue resolution.
    • Maintain a competitive and appropriate level of technical and professional competence.
