MARKETING DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (DCP – MDO)
for DuPont Crop Protection business
(To be located in North Sumatera)

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree (S1) from Agronomy / Agriculture / Protection Department.
• Able to operate computer ( Ms. Excel, Word, and Power Point).
• Min 2 years experiences in the same field.
• Proficiency in English.
• Good communication skill
• Willing to visit field if needed.
• Sufficient organizational experiences.
• Willing to work on contract bases.


Responsibilities:
• Assist Marketing Manager in his/her own respective area to:

o Explore targeted market and develop launching plan.
o Create and maintain relationship with network distributor channel.
o Create good awareness of the new product being developed.
• Coordinate all the field demos, small & big scale.

• Cooperate with Marketing Communication to develop MC materials.
• Deliver technical transformation of new product to farmers (customer) and sales team.
