    Currently we are looking for best candidates to fill following positions:

    Human Resources - Senior Executive
    (Jakarta Raya - Cikarang)

    Requirements:
    * Possesses good knowledge and understanding on human resources method, concept and best practices
    * 3 - 5 years hands on experience on recruitment, training & development, job evaluation system, human resources information system
    * Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and assignment yet maintain and foster good team work
    * Resourceful and innovative, has strong drive and perseverance in problem solution
    * Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    * Good level in English proficiency (conversation and writing)
    * Required language(s): English.

    Responsibilities:
    * This position will be responsible for most aspect of human resources but main focus will be more on Recruitment and Training
    * As support function, this position will provide services to all divisions (commercial, industrial and support) as well as to branch offices
